What we collect, and what for
We process two things, and for different reasons:
- What you type into the quote form: name, email, company (optional), project type, budget range, timeline and the text of your enquiry. Purpose: answering that request and, if there is an engagement, preparing the proposal.
- Aggregate browsing data through Google Analytics, and only if you accept it: pages viewed, approximate origin and device type. Purpose: knowing which pages get read.
Legal basis
- Quote form: consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 6.1.b).
- Analytics: consent (article 6.1.a). Without it, no Google script is loaded at all.
Who else sees this data
We do not sell or share personal data. Three providers are involved, each in one specific thing:

How long we keep it
- Quote requests: for as long as the conversation lasts and up to three years afterwards, the general limitation period for personal claims under Spanish law.
- If the project goes ahead, billing data is kept for six years, as commercial and tax rules require.
- Analytics data: fourteen months, the maximum configured in the Google Analytics property.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or its erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was processed before.
To exercise them, write to contacto@taliasoftworks.com saying which right you want to exercise. We reply within one month at most.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Automated decisions
We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from your data. Quote requests are read and answered by a person.
Changes to this policy
If anything relevant changes (a new provider, a different purpose) we will update this page and, where applicable, ask for your consent again. The date at the top shows the latest version.
